A Letter From Our Pastor

Dear Church Family,

What a wonderful month April was. The celebration of a Risen Savior is always the highlight of the year. More than any other holiday, Christmas and Easter should be paramount in the life of a Christian.

I know many of you will remember how excited Brother Steve would get during Easter season and how he looked forward to it so much. He would talk about the different activities: Passover meal, foot washing, communion and of course, the Easter egg hunt for the kids. He just loved every part of it. While those memories are bittersweet because we miss him, I know he is happy spending eternity with our Lord and Savior and all the other Saints that he admired and loved. So lets make sure that we focus on the reason we celebrate the birth and resurrection of our Savior.

We have some things coming up in May I’d like to bring to your attention. We have a graduation reception May 6th. We also have a Adventurer Camp on May 29th through June 1st. Senior High Camp is June 4th through 8th. Junior High Camp is June 18th through 22nd. The forms are in the office. Also, mark your calendar for June 3rd through 6th for revival. May is not as busy as March and April were but there is still a lot going on, so check out our calendar. Continue to pray for each other and love each other. I love you all.

In Christ love,

Brother Bo
