What a wonderful month March was. The celebration of a Risen Savior is always the highlight of the year. More than any other holiday, Christmas and Easter should be paramount in the life of a Christian. Always make sure to focus on the reason we celebrate the birth and resurrection of our Savior. So, as the flowers bloom and the grass greens up, take a few minutes to reflect on the gift of life given to us by the death, burial and resurrection of our living Christ.
We had two youth baptisms and two baby dedications. What a blessing! It's always a joy to see people, young and old alike, dedicate their lives to Christ.
The Benevolent Committee Bake Sale was successful in raising much needed funds. Thank you to all who participated with donations and purchases.
Please remember Marshall’s Goodbye Sermon. It’s scheduled for April 28th. Please come and show him and Ashton how much we appreciate their service to our Church. Pray for them in their travels and wish them much success. They’ll be missed.
Let me close by saying we are a very busy church and how good it is to spend time and fellowship together. I think it pleases our Lord when we enjoy each other. Continue to pray for each other and love each other. I love you each and every one.
In Christ’s love,
Brother Bo
