A Letter From Our Pastor

Dear Church Family,

It’s hard to believe it’s August.  It seems like the year has flown by!  The kids are getting ready to go back to school.  Football season starts in roughly 30 days (as of the writing of this letter).  Bobbie is already talking about a Christmas Cantata.  Marc and Lloyd are thrilled.  For those of you who aren’t in our Church, their excitement over our annual Cantata is the stuff of legends (not)!  All jokes aside, we are going into my favorite time of the year.  You say, “Brother Bo, it’s August.”  Yes, but it’s also getting closer to Fall and the holiday season.  It’s the time of year when people seem to take pause and remember the goodness of God.  All these things make this time of year special.  I encourage each of you to take a daily pause and remember the goodness of God.  It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day activities and forget that God gives us the ability to do our daily tasks.

Let me close by saying that I’m very grateful for each and every on of you.

Yours in Christ,

Brother Bo

P.S. Please check out our calendar.  Things are starting to pick up:  Bible studies, fellowships, etc.
