Dear Church Family,
Thanksgiving and Christmas are over as well as 2013. As I look back, I’m amazed in all of Gods Blessings for me and my family. Personally and for the Church, God is so good and faithful. There are times in my life that I get focused on the negative or the things that didn’t happen the way I thought they should have. But again, I thank God for how wonderful He is and how blessed I am. Can I get an amen?
As we go into 2014, my New Year’s resolution is to focus on my relationship with the Lord and His goodness. I aim to be more positive and to take more time to recognize how blessed I am. Of course I have other resolutions such as: losing weight, exercising and eating right (which I may or may not keep). But my resolution to spend more time with the Lord is one I want to focus on. As we go into 2014, I pray each and every one of us focus on spending more time with God.
Let me close by praying that each of you have a happy, blessed 2014.
