A Letter From Our Associate Pastor Of Youth

Dear Church Family,

At the writing of this letter, we had just had the privilege of enjoying two snow days.  I hope you all had the opportunity to enjoy these two days off with your family.  You know, it’s times like these that I’m reminded of just how beautiful God’s creation is.  We should all take time out of our busy schedules and spend time enjoying that creation.

Well, the month of February will be a busy one for our youth.  We start the month off with a concert, lock-in, and our annual Airsoft war.  The concert will be January 31st at 7:00pm.  Our lock-in will begin immediately after the concert.  The Airsoft war will begin at 11:45am on February 1st.

We will be completing our video series from the book not a fan at the lock-in.  This series encourages teens to examine what it means to deny one’s self and truly follow Jesus.  It demonstrates what being a completely committed follower of Christ looks like.  Marshall will be sharing a devotion with us at the Airsoft war reemphasizing this thought of becoming true followers of Christ.  We are praying for a great turnout as we take advantage of this unique opportunity to share Christ.

In closing, I want to encourage you all to continue to pray for our youth and children.  I also want to thank you for being a church that loves and supports our students.

In Christ,
Robert
