Dear Church Family,
New Year’s has come and gone. January nearly is over and we are working our way into 2014. The years go by so fast. It is hard to get adjusted to writing a new date on our checks, etc. Now it’s time to change again. I mention this only to drive home the fact that we believe we have a lot of time, a lot of years and a lot of opportunities to make a difference. The truth is, our life in it’s entirety is very short. If we live a full life (for men late seventies and ladies early eighties) it is still very short.
Psalms 39 tells us our days are short - every mortal man is only a vapor. Let me encourage you - use the time you have wisely and spend your days doing the ministry of the church. Sharing the gospel, tending the sick, you pick your ministry based on God’s calling. Don’t waste opportunities. Don’t waste time.
Look at this year as a gift from God. Spend time in prayer seeking out what ministry He would have you do. Then do it!
I love you each and every one.
Yours in Christ,
Brother Bo
